Sea Wave House is a one-story residence located in a quiet area from Javea with beautiful sea views. 

One of the aims of the project was to create a welcoming house access, considering that the entrance of a residence always plays a significant role when it comes to design, as in Feng Shui philosophy. Therefore, we developed a generous entry hall with big windows thus creating a visual axis from the gate to the pool area with the gardens and an outdoor bar.

The concept of the roof design reveals a reinforced perimeter concrete beam of one meter height that creates different waved pergolas, all connected with each other. On the other hand, for the interior distribution we have opted for rectangular spaces to make the most of them and also to produce a defining contrast between curved and straight lines.

The client wanted a house with a simple and practical interior and accordingly we created two main volumes: one for day areas and another for night areas, linked by the entry hallway.The 320m2 includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, opened kitchen, garage, laundry and a small technical room. Adjacent to the pool we developed outdoor facilities such as dining area, sitting area, bar and barbecue,all made to bring to life this space.
