This golf course-view residence is located in Altea, nestled in a tranquil residential area.

Designed across two levels to adapt to the steep terrain, the main entrance is positioned on the first floor. This level features the day area, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, and the master bedroom, all seamlessly connected to covered terraces and the outdoor pool. 

The ground floor houses two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a storage room, laundry, and technical rooms, along with covered terraces and landscaped gardens. For the exterior finishes, we chose white stucco combined with local stone, evoking a distinct Ibicenco aesthetic.
