The aim of the project was to create a minimalist home with large windows where our main principle was to blend the outdoor area and the landscape with the interior of the house. So in order to achieve this criterion we designed a generous covered terrace on the ground floor level, connected with the living room area, pool area and gardens. The overflowing pool is placed in front of the house to generate beautiful views from inside but also to form easy accesses.

We chose pure concrete as the main material because gives us the opportunity to have color and texture at the same time thing which creates a feeling of grandeur. Then we used wood to give a cozy touch and the blue pool adds some extra color.

Bringing the gardens very close to the house, the sound of the flowing water from the pool, the rock, the pivoting wooden doors from the ground floor terrace, large steps for the entry access; all these have the role to form relaxing spaces, the perfect place to enjoy life and nature.

The house includes three bedroom suites on the first floor with generous terraces, day area on the ground floor with living room/ dining/ kitchen and a big covered terrace; garage, storage and technical rooms.
